Coach Billy Taylor is a 1976 graduate of Denison University where he played football and was introduced to the game of lacrosse by legendary head coach Tommy Thompson. Billy spent over a decade in the entertainment industry as a top touring production assistant for artists such as Kenny Loggins, Linda Ronstadt, Rickie Lee Jones and others. After returning to Columbus in 1986 Coach T rekindled his lacrosse career with the Columbus Lacrosse Club playing defense.  He began his coaching career with Westerville South High School, leading the Wildcats to a 2003 Division III state runner-up finish in his first year at the helm. He left Westerville South in 2005 to take over the St. Charles Cardinals where he became the all-time winningest coach in school history, earning Ohio Division I Coach of the Year honors in 2007. Billy currently owns a successful tutoring business in Columbus, OH and stays involved in coaching working numerous summer lacrosse camps.
